Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Alfie. I am a personal trainer & run coach. I am extremely passionate about health & fitness and especially running as it has provided me with a purpose & it has given me direction with setting goals and achieving them.
I specialise in strength training & nutrition as I truly believe that this is as important as the running itself to keep you injury free and keep you doing what you love! I have learnt that through my own injury struggles.
I’ve been running for 4 years, especially in the last 2 years it has become a crucial part of my life which has given me a direction & has helped me become disciplined & a better person. I would now love to help others achieve this.
